Vacation Bible School is a very special time of year for everyone here at Star Church.

We come together to transform our church building into a wonderland reflecting the theme of the year's VBS adventure, our church family volunteers to help put together the various arts-and-crafts programs, feed the kids a delicious meal, and engage them with each day's dynamic Bible Story Adventure. And most importantly-- we strive to present the Gospel in a kid-friendly way that resonates and sticks with each child for years to come.

Every year, we announce the dates for VBS weeks in advance and invite anyone willing to serve to help us make everything happen!

Every year, we hold an Easter Egg Hunt for all of our community's little ones!

From candy-filled easter eggs to pictures with the Easter bunny, this day serves as a great time for all of our families to get to know each other better, take home some candy and prizes, take some fun pictures and have an overall awesome time together!

Every October, we join in with our community and participate in the city-wide Trunk-or-Treat!

After setting up and decorating our stand according to the theme we choose for the year, we hand out hundreds of candy bags to trick-or-treaters from all over our various communities,

Whether you want to help come up with a theme, decorate our church's stand, fill candy bags or hand them out to trick-or-treaters-- your help is always welcome and appreciated! Keep an eye out in October for our announcement of this event!

Every November, Star Church joins churches around the country in participating in Operation Christmas Child.

Every year, our church family is responsible for filling over 70 boxes full of Christmas gifts for children in need around the world!

We announce this event for weeks prior to the pickup date and provide everyone that participates with the boxes they need as well as with a list of items appropriate for each box.
